This forum is jointly organized by the Korean-American Women in Science and Engineering (KWiSE) and Korean Federation for Women Science and Technology associations (KOFWST). The title of the forum is “How to Reach Beyond Mid-career in Science and Engineering”. This forum will discuss how to facilitate moving mid-career professionals to upper levels. KWiSE and KOFWST aim to play roles in helping women’s career advances in science and engineering in the US and Korea. All women professionals including the one who is in the beginning of their career are invited.
