San Diego KWiSE provides WISET (Korea Center for Women in Science, Engineering and Technology)-funded “Global Cross Mentoring Program” from May, 2021 to November 2021. It consists of 10 mentors and 15 mentees from San Diego and South Korea.  Mentoring program includes career seminars, resume writing, elevator speech preparation, in-person and online interview tips, personalized Q/A, etc. The mentoring program shares information and resources about career paths, provides guidance, motivation, emotional support and role modeling, and promotes networking.
