Korean-American Women in Science and Engineering (KWiSE) and Korea Federation of Women’s Science & Technology Association (KOFWST) hosted the Women’s Forum entitled “Women in STEM, the gender pay gap and broken ladders.” This forum was open to both genders. This forum was to exchange ideas on how to promote and empower women scientists in the various STEM fields, and to share information on education and policy needed for this process.
